Questions we get asked
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, and it stays free. One home, one inspector and the Monthly Briefing, with no card and no trial clock. We would rather you used it and upgraded when you outgrow it.
Where does the data come from?
The full public record of Ofsted children's home inspections, counted by the month each report was published. Nothing is estimated and nothing is scraped from behind a login.
How do I pay?
Talk to us and we will get you set up. We are taking paid customers on directly at the moment rather than through a checkout, so you get a person rather than a payment form.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in either direction. Your homes, inspectors and history stay where they are, so nothing is lost by starting on Free.
What counts as a user?
One person with their own sign-in. Pro Plus includes up to five, so an RI and their managers can each have their own account rather than sharing one.
Do you offer more than five users?
Yes, for larger providers. Tell us how many homes and people you have and we will quote for it.
Not sure which plan fits?
Tell us how many homes you are responsible for and we will tell you honestly, including if the free plan is enough.
